Caroline Raker

Caroline Raker attends Grace EFC in Strasburg, Virginia, where her husband is the senior pastor. She is the mother of four children, including two sons with severe disabilities. Caroline served as a division manager of Moms in Motion, a service facilitation, case management and advocacy company working with Virginia Medicaid waiver recipients. In July 2016, Caroline was appointed by Governor Terry McAuliffe to the Virginia Board for People With Disabilities.
