Dave Bliss has been director of missions mobilization with the EFCA North Central District since 2024. He and his wife Sasha previously served for 18 years with ReachGlobal’s Europe Division. Dave is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute. He and Sasha have three daughters and live in Oak Park Heights, Minnesota.
