Katie M. Arnold serves as the director of ministry effectiveness for the EFCA Texas-Oklahoma District following her years on staff with EFCA ReachGlobal from 2003-2015. Katie resides in Austin, Texas, and also serves as the strategy director for Restore Austin, an urban church plant.
