Steve McCausland is the regional superintendent for the Chicagoland churches in the EFCA Great Lakes District and oversees church planter assessment for EFCA ReachNetwork. Amy is a licensed trauma therapist and helps lead women's ministries for the GLD. Amy, Steve and their four kids attend Bethel Community Church (EFCA) in Chicago, Illinois, where Amy helps lead worship.
