Better Together

For two years now, leaders from two dynamic teams have gathered to pray, share common issues and support each other: EFCA Hispanic Leadership and EFCA African American Servant Leadership teams. These ethnic leaders started gathering annually because they realize how much they have in common. Truly, they are “better together.” After hearing about the pain of immigration, for example, the African American Servant Leadership Team wanted to help carry a burden that felt familiar. As result of their unity and their prayers, both teams are seeing positive changes, including a larger-than-ever number of ethnic students who participated in Challenge 2010 (the EFCA student conference).
