Noah Palmer

Noah Palmer is district superintendent of the Midwest District of the EFCA. Noah earned his master’s of theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and his doctorate in ministry from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. Before becoming the Midwest District superintendent seven years ago, Noah and his wife, Kathi, served in three EFCA churches for the previous 33 years.
