Why Missions?

In Matthew 28:19, Jesus commands His followers to "go and make disciples of all nations." In Acts 1:8, Jesus tell them they "will be [His] witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."

Aligned with the EFCA mission to "glorify God by multiplying transformational churches among all people," EFCA ReachGlobal pursues these two commands of Christ.

ReachGlobal, the international missions arm of the EFCA, has implemented a multi-faceted mission to connect with the diverse societies around the world. Through a spectrum of ministry and service, ReachGlobal empowers disciples who make disciples in their own native context—partnering with local ministries to multiply churches, extend gospel ministries, and strengthen, revitalize and plant churches.
